  • Register License - refers to the number of computers licensed to use TruePOS within a retail facility. You can create unlimited 'Register Users' in each Register.
  • User License - refers to the number of users licensed to use TruePOS anywhere (in-premises and off-premises).
    An Anywhere User can access from any registers irrespective of the store location.

*Register (also known as Till, Cash Register, Checkout terminals and Billing Node) refers to the computers in which TruePOS will be used for off-line and on-line billing.

How can I decide the suitable plans?

TruePOS pricing plans are simple and transparent. If yours is a single store, you can choose the "Single Store" plan; otherwise, go for "Multiple Store" plan. The "Free Starter" plan is for very small stores with lesser transactions.

What does Anywhere User mean?

Anywhere user is a type of access that a user is not restricted and can access to TruePOS on and off a retail premises just with an internet connection.


What does Register User mean?

The Register User is a type of access that the user is restricted to access TruePOS only on-premises that too to a secured billing registers.

The Register Users cannot access TruePOS anywhere, except the Billing Registers they are authorized.


Can I switch from one plan to another plan?

You can upgrade from one plan to another but you cannot downgrade.

For example:
If you are using a Starter plan or Single Store, you can upgrade to Single or Multiple Stores plan, respectively.
If you are using Single or Multiple store plan, you cannot downgrade to Starter plan.


Will I be charged for the inactive users?

Yes, charges are applicable as per the number of User (i.e Anywhere User) licenses that you buy irrespective of its status (Active or Inactive). You can revise your User license as per your requirement.

The Inactive 'Register User' account is not considered for pricing.
